Bourrat (29), who was arrested in Wamena, Papua, on August 6, 2014, eventually
transferred to Jayapura District Attorney, to undergo a further process.

who worked at Arte TV is planned to be submitted to the prosecutor

notification from the prosecutor.

the file has been declared complete, the substation, the two suspects will be
handed over to the prosecutor.
According
to him, the results of the examination revealed the two suspects entered
Indonesia on tourist visas, but on arrival in their homeland journalistic
activity to cover the pro-independence activities in Papua.
The
two journalists were accused of violating the Immigration Act on the use of
visa misuse or violation of a residence permit.
